Chris Lavoie
Chris has been helping people buy and sell real estate for over ten years and has been in the top 5% of Brokers within Keller Williams Realty. As a Real Estate investor, Chris has built homes on speculation, developed condominiums, and renovated homes. He also owns and operates multi-family buildings. He sees a lot of properties everyday, and is constantly keeping a eye out for ideal matches for his clients. Chris is also deeply connected with community, serving in a leadership position for a variety of organizations. With this much experience and knowlegde, advising clients comes naturally. 

Shannon Whitmore
Shannon started working with Chris in September, 2011, as his Executive Assistant. Although new to the real estate industry, she has over 10 years of experience in customer service, working with clients from many cultures in different parts of the world. Her attention to detail, love of design, and tech savviness also comes in handy on a regular basis. Shannon coordinates all the paperwork at the office and is eager to help with any questions or concerns you may have.


Marji Swanson
Marji was hired as an Administrative Assistant in the spring of 2013.  She previously worked in management and customer service before diving into the real estate world.  She's always happy to assist clients and coworkers to make sure every transaction run as smooth as possible.  Marji is very excited to be a part of The Lavoie Group and always keeps the team smiling and in high spirits. 

Randy Ferrell
Randy works with Buyers to find the best properties to fit their needs. He majored in communications and has been involved in many programs Portland has to offer such as 2 degrees, Creative Portland and Friends of the Portland Free Clinic.  He loves to sweat in the kitchen cooking for a crowd, getting his hands dirty in the garden and connecting folks to opportunities in the community.
